Return to Work Program
As part of the vocational rehabilitation process, the initial goal is to assist a worker to return to the same occupation with the same employer. A Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant will develop, implement and monitor a gradual return to work program. In conjunction with the program, clarification of any work related restrictions and/or accommodation requirement will be addressed. In the event an individual is unable to return to their pre-disability occupation, identification of available return to work options (modified or alternate work) will be addressed.
