Veritus Disability & Career Management Inc. provides premiere innovative and progressive disability management and career management services to individuals that have sustained an injury, illness or disability that include catastrophic and/or soft tissue injuries, psychiatric/psychological illnesses, and critical illnesses. Our services extend to a variety of organizations including automobile insurance agencies, insurance companies, benefits plans and employers.
Additionally, we deliver creative and customized career management services to individuals on a private basis. This can be a student identifying their career goals for the first time or anyone at any stage of their working life, seeking a career change. Services are customized to individual needs and can include career exploration, personality and interest assessments, aptitude testing, resume writing, interviews skills training, customized job search assistance, retirement planning as well as volunteer or employment placement coordination.
Further offerings include workforce transition and outplacement services to employers faced with the challenge of employee layoffs or terminations. These one-to-one services will be customized to suit the needs of individuals at all organizational levels, and may range from onsite supports to a series of individual and/or group coaching sessions.
We also work with organizations and corporate clients to build high-performing teams. Through the delivery of customized workshops built around the MBTI® personality tool, employees gain a better understanding of themselves and the people they work with.
